Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients. The role combines billing accuracy, premium tracking, and proactive client communication within the Global Captive Solutions Team.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting, display strong analytical skills, and be a team player open to initiative. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with initiative and strong analytical abilities
• Previous internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle timely and accurate billing for management and consulting
• Track premiums accurately for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance for captive entities
• Demonstrate strong time management to handle a portfolio of captive clients with deadlines
• Collaborate with other captive professionals and support RFP/client prospect presentations
• Support internal training and communications within the team
