Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. The role emphasizes accurate billing and premium tracking, with strong client communication and teamwork across professionals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting, excellent communication, and analytical abilities, with CPA internship experience a plus. Hybrid or 100% remote work options are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.

Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in captive industry or CPA internship is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
Track premiums accurately for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance for the captive entity.
Demonstrate strong time management to handle a portfolio of clients with deadlines.
Collaborate with other captive professionals and support RFP/client presentations.
Contribute to internal training and communications.
