Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years server/captain experience.
• Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and regions.

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders, conducts full food/beverage service, and monitors guests’ dining experience.
• Interact with guests, team members, and supervisors in a courteous manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and handle payments.
• Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and venue; set up and close correctly.
