Qualifications

• Background checks including FBI, State Police, and CPS investigations are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and supervise staff or project teams.
• Manage CAPRA accreditation process and ensure ongoing compliance with standards.
• Oversee HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, personnel actions, and records.
• Manage data collection and reporting systems to support planning and performance.
• Coordinate and prepare reports, analyses, and metrics for leadership.
• Assist leadership with strategic planning and special projects.
