Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field, or equivalent combination.
• CPR/First Aid and AED certification and a valid Class D Driver's License issued by the State of Oklahoma are required or must be readily obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAPRA accreditation processes and maintain ongoing accreditation across the department.
• Develop policies and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete CAPRA tasks on schedule.
• Serve as liaison to NRPA for CAPRA communications and accreditation matters.
• Update CAPRA standards annually and lead re-accreditation efforts every five years.
• Support project resources, schedules, and delivery of CAMRA-related milestones.
• Analyze agency procedures, policy development, and performance metrics for programs and services.
• Attend professional functions and perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred
