HouseCall is seeking a Moving Coordinator in Washington, DC to support IT relocation projects for the Capitol Hill client. The role involves surveying the client office, recording equipment, labeling items, and handling de-installation and re-installation of computers and peripherals in a structured, task-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full site survey of the Client office suite prior to move-out and document equipment.
• Catalog each piece of equipment and ensure labeling with color-coded stickers.
• Perform de-installation of computers and related equipment in Washington, DC at least one day before the move date.
• Verify backups and safely power down all server and computer equipment.
• Install computers and peripheral equipment following the approved floor plan.
• Reconnect workstations, printers, and network devices and reconnect servers and MFDs.
• Test file server connections and printer functions, and troubleshoot any issues.
