Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Proven sales experience in the APC/industrial sector.
• Experience with contract negotiations and commercial terms.
• Familiarity with air pollution control technologies and related equipment.
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, schedules, and proposal development.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead sales efforts with clients, independent representatives, and the internal sales team.
• Identify potential customers, establish contact, and develop leads through networking, research, and industry events.
• Interface with clients on requirements, technical aspects, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with bookings and revenue goals using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and application teams to develop customized solutions.
