Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP in the United States is seeking a Consulting Manager for the Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice. You will perform construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments to deliver high-value solutions.

You will develop industry knowledge, work with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred.
Knowledge of planning, contracts, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating and reporting for construction and real estate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

Conduct construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments.
Provide best-practice consulting to address capital projects and real estate challenges.
Develop industry knowledge, technical skills, and client relationship expertise.
Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, and documentation.
Prepare clear reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support oversight and risk mitigation.
