Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or Accounting; professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in contract audits, cost estimating, and lease administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance for contractual and regulatory adherence.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, interviews, and documentation of findings; prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle—from acquisition to disposition—aligned with strategic objectives.
