Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Broad knowledge of construction phases including planning, procurement, scheduling, and cost estimating.
• Experience conducting contract compliance audits and portfolio management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and contractors.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle and risk mitigation.
