Job summary

ITAC is seeking a Project Technical Lead to guide construction management and administrative efforts on complex capital projects. You will ensure technical excellence, safety compliance, and alignment with project objectives while collaborating with multiple project managers.

The role emphasizes leadership across engineering disciplines, on-site coordination, and the ability to drive projects from scope through close-out. This six-month assignment may extend or become permanent with the client.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degrees acceptable with applicable job experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering/management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing capital projects integrated with operating sites.
• Experience developing project schedules with MS Project or similar.
• Change management experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and zero incidents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management of facility projects across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Define scope, estimates, funding requests, and budget control.
• Forecast spending and report schedules to site management.
• Assist in contractor selection and procurement.
• Coordinate with plant maintenance and contractors for execution.
• Prepare final close-out documentation for projects.
• Review engineering designs and plans.
