Job summary

Andr Global Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Internal Capital Projects to plan, coordinate, and execute facility-related capital work at the Ruther Glen site and other locations as needed. This hands-on role targets early-career professionals with opportunities to lead small projects independently.

The candidate will support from initiation through closeout, coordinating with the Corporate Facilities Manager, and traveling as required to project sites. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction, facilities projects, or engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist initiation of internal capital and construction projects.
• Develop preliminary project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and daily project activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and project risks.
• Participate in site walks, meetings, inspections, and closeout activities.
• Review contractor invoices and change orders as part of project oversight.
