Job summary

Cook Children’s in Texas is seeking a Construction Financial Coordinator to manage procurement, purchasing, and financial coordination for capital projects within the Planning, Design & Construction department.

You will partner with project managers, finance, supply chain, and vendors to process contracts, requisitions, POs, invoices, and related documents, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial administration, purchasing, accounting support, project coordination, or related administrative functions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supporting capital construction projects, healthcare facilities, project finance, or large-scale procurement.
• Demonstrated knowledge in purchase order management, contract administration, and invoice processing.
