City of Surprise, AZ is seeking an experienced capital projects manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through closeout. You will oversee design, planning, construction monitoring, budgeting, and schedule adherence, coordinating with consultants, architects, and contractors.

You will obtain permits, secure plan approvals, manage right‑of‑way clearances, and engage stakeholders including the public and City Council.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with related field experience.
• 1 year of relevant experience per year of education; substitution allowed.
• Experience managing complex capital projects preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiation, planning, design, construction monitoring, control, and closeout of complex capital projects.
• Manage design consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Coordinate permits, plan approvals, utility and right-of-way clearances.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination and public/ City Council involvement.
