Responsibilities

• Develops, clarifies and manages complex capital projects.
• Defines project scope and required contract deliverables.
• Manages project to meet budget and schedule targets.
• Identifies resources, assembles project team, assigns responsibilities.
• Assists in contract development for professional services.
• Monitors consultants and contractors to ensure performance.
• Develops project costs and monitors expenditures.
• Ensures compatibility with architectural and enterprise standards.
• Performs cost/benefit analyses of actions and initiatives.
• Escalates issues to management to keep projects on track.
• Oversees redesigns to accelerate completion as needed.
