Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; counted as four years of experience.
• Eight years of project/construction/design/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct and coordinate capital projects, including design, environmental studies and permitting.
• Manage scope, schedule and budgets; coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and program managers for project plans.
• Provide project management support and assist grant/financed projects as needed.
