Qualifications

• BA or BS degree, engineering preferred.
• 10 years in EPC or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of FEL front-end loading.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of capital projects meeting schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate resources across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Monitor progress with Project Controls and report deviations.
• Develop project execution strategies with stakeholders.
• Develop annual capital plans and manage expenditures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
