Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years relevant professional experience supporting rotating equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, visualization, and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety and standards: Follow machinery standards and safety practices; engage with industry standards organizations.
• Serve as rotating equipment SME for plant operations support: troubleshoot, diagnose root causes, plan inspections, and support startups/shut downs.
• Lead on capital projects: review datasheets and vendor documents; coordinate with vendors/contractors; support procurement.
• Mentor and train less experienced engineers; adapt across office, production, maintenance shops and repair shops.
• Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally; occasional off-shift support.
