Qualifications

• Experience coordinating capital improvement and restoration projects.
• Ability to prepare and evaluate contractor proposals, and support vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs and evaluate contractor proposals; present recommendations to Property Manager.
• Organize and lead weekly meetings with contractors, vendors, engineers, and management.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports; track budgets and milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate project communications and ensure timely completion of action items.
