Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation, landscape architecture, planning, civil engineering, business, public administration or related field.
• Governing regulations and grant compliance experience desirable.
• Seven years of experience in contract management and construction oversight, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Attend, plan, and manage capital improvement projects for PRCS from vision to closeout.
• Administer budgets, grants, permits, and contract documents; monitor invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with departments, consultants, and stakeholders; respond to questions and concerns.
• Support community outreach and present project information at meetings and hearings.
• Oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction supervision, and project closeout.
• Ensure safety, compliance with laws, codes, and policies throughout projects.
• Prepare reports and updates for City Council, boards, and community groups.
