Job summary

Northwest Playground Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead project execution, manage budgets, and coordinate installation with subcontractors across multiple playground projects.

Reporting to the COO, you will build out our construction management processes and serve as the primary client contact through closeout. You will begin hands-on and grow to supervise additional Construction Managers as the team expands, driving standardization and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction management or project management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience owning project budgets from award through closeout.
• Experience serving as the primary client contact on public-sector projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, budgets, and schedules from contract award to closeout.
• Lead client communications, kickoff meetings, and regular progress updates.
• Manage subcontractors and field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop standardized processes, templates, and tools with senior leadership.
• Support proposal development with scope review, pricing inputs, and bid evaluations.
