Senior Project Consultant

Location: Atlanta( Hybrid)

Job Summary

As a Senior Project Consultant with 10 to 15 years of experience, you will be a top-level expert in project management and consultancy. This role requires leading and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives, execute strategies, and deliver successful project outcomes. You will provide expertise, direction, and mentorship to ensure project excellence while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to develop project strategies, objectives, and detailed plans.
Risk & Resource Management
  • Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management protocols.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment.
Team & Client Relations
  • Assemble and lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality & Change Management
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and timelines, evaluating their impact and making adjustments as needed.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.
  • Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, develop best practices, and optimize project management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with various departments and functions within the organization to ensure project success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 10-15 years of experience in project management and consulting, including handling complex projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
