Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a versatile Finance Manager to lead corporate budgeting, FP&A, and reporting, partnering with senior leaders across functions. You will shape financial plans and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced technology-adjacent environment.

The role requires hands-on analysis, systems optimization, and collaboration with accounting teams to ensure accurate internal reporting and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Management, FP&A, or public accounting.
  • Strong understanding of core corporate finance concepts, financial statements, and budgeting frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative business-partnering abilities.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead corporate budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all departments.
  • Strategic Modeling: Develop and maintain robust corporate financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, business cases, and pricing structures.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate presentation of financial statements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Perform variance analysis, monitor operational KPIs, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Partnering: Act as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, assisting with budget management and operational efficiency.
  • Accounting & Controls Collaboration: Partner closely with accounting and operational teams to streamline financial visibility, cash flow management, and internal reporting accuracy.
  • Process Oversight: Identify, design, and implement enhancements to financial planning, internal controls, and reporting workflows.
  • Systems & Automation: Drive financial systems optimization, software integrations, and data automation initiatives to scale the finance function.
  • Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Lead and support critical strategic projects, including organizational structural planning, system implementations, and capital allocation assessments.

We are seeking a versatile Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience working within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience navigating and optimizing mid-to-enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
