Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Capital Project Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027 at the FishHawk site in Lithia, FL. In-person work with a 9/80 schedule may apply, housing and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates.

As a Capital Project Engineering Co-op, you will support project managers, collaborate with field contractors, and gain exposure to process technology, safety, and broader engineering functions while pursuing a bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering by January 2027.
• Minimum 2.75 GPA.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one.
• Able to work full time while a student.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager with meeting management and field progress tracking.
• Collaborate with field contractors to review FLHAs, participate in toolbox talks, and complete safety audits.
• Assist with daily field progress tracking and reporting to leadership.
• Gain exposure to Mosaic’s Applied Process Technologies and broader engineering functions.
• Communicate with personnel across levels and departments.
• Attend department and project meetings on design, schedule, and cost.
• Adhere to Mosaic’s mission and priorities.
