Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Lithia, FL invites a Capital Project Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027 to gain hands-on experience on capital projects, with field exposure and collaboration across engineering disciplines.

You will support project managers, review safety, participate in meetings, and develop practical skills while studying Chemical/Mechanical/Process engineering; housing/relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering by January 2027.
• Minimum 2.75 GPA; able to work full time in a real-world industrial setting.
• Ability to travel to sites and work in field environments; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with meeting management and field progress updates.
• Coordinate with field contractors, review safety topics, and support audits.
• Track schedules, costs, and design progress for multiple projects.
• Engage with engineering teams across disciplines and communicate to leadership.
