Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering by January 2027.
• Minimum 2.75 GPA.
• Ability to work in an industrial chemical and mining environment.
• 1–2 years volunteering or work with student or school organizations preferred.
• Previous internship or co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scoping, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, and construction management for sustaining capital projects.
• Support equipment design and fabrication across pumping, electrical systems, rotary vessels, and tanks.
• Contribute in lead and support roles on projects, gaining experience in supervision and execution across plant operations.
• Communicate with personnel across management, operators, engineers, trades, and contractors.
• Participate in department and project-specific meetings.
