Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects at our site. You will report to the Engineering Manager and oversee multidisciplinary teams of engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering and 5+ years of capital project experience in a chemical or industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years of capital project execution experience in chemical/industrial setting.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and contractors.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and Management of Change processes.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, cost control, and execution of capital projects from concept through startup.
• Supervise contractors to ensure conformance to design, codes and site requirements.
• Define scopes, schedules, resources, and execution strategies.
• Forecast cash flow and manage project funds.
• Support safety and environmental initiatives.
