Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management Company is seeking a Project Engineer with CAPEX experience in manufacturing. You will lead capital projects, embed OpEx and Lean principles, and coordinate with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, right‑first‑time delivery.

The role requires collaboration with senior client leaders and cross‑functional teams, plus travel. The position focuses on delivering end-to-end capital initiatives, optimizing throughput, and improving safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of capital project delivery in consulting or matrixed environments.
• Strong foundation in capital project management and Lean/OpEx methodologies.
• Experience across Life Sciences, Consumer, and/or Industrial sectors.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders as owner’s representative.
• PMI/Lean/Six Sigma/PE/APICS certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, OSHA, ISO and environmental requirements.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery outcomes and value realization across projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget per IPM standards.
• Advise client leaders and translate strategy into executable capital roadmaps; manage vendors.
• Lead FEL, scope definition, design readiness, and realization across execution to startup.
• Embed Lean and OpEx into capital planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Quality/Validation/Regulatory for compliant delivery.
• Integrate capital projects into site OpEx and quality maturity models.
• Support growth, automation, sustainability, and productivity investments.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
• Coach client PMs/engineers/operators and develop capital playbooks.
• Present updates and final readout decks.
