Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline with experience supporting engineering or capital projects.
• Ability to manage change effectively while maintaining process and operational safety.
• Strong project reporting, budgeting and project controls interpretation skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and contractors in industrial environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, analytical and comfortable working through ambiguity to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover while maintaining robust change control.
• Monitor project scope, budget, schedule and engineering progress, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and contractor interfaces to ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare capital expenditure requests and evaluate alternative technologies and vendors.
• Contribute to construction readiness, commissioning plans and stage-gate reviews across the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, root cause investigations and project performance metrics.
