Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises professionals and technical staff in public works project design and construction.
• Coordinates contracts, designs, and submittals with consultants, TxDOT, MPO, and stakeholders.
• Prepares technical reports and reviews project plans and cost estimates.
• Conducts field investigations and ensures compliance with codes.
• Monitors contracts to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Oversees right-of-way acquisition activities.
