Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional engineer licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in road and flood control project design and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises professional and technical staff in public works projects.
• Coordinates contracts, designs, and project submittals with consultants and agencies.
• Prepares technical reports and reviews engineering studies and plans.
• Conducts field investigations to evaluate problems and propose solutions.
