Job summary

New Orleans Public Facility Mngt, Inc. seeks a Project Manager- Capital Project Delivery to lead planning, budgeting, and coordination of renovation, construction, and maintenance projects in New Orleans.

The role requires preparing work plans, monitoring progress, and reporting on status to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will work with department heads, prepare bid packages, and serve as liaison with public agencies, designers, engineers, contractors, and building occupants to uphold

Qualifications

four to six years related experience and/or training in project management.
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in engineering, architecture or Building Construction.

Responsibilities

Plan, budget, and coordinate renovation, construction, and maintenance projects.
Prepare work plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Generate and monitor status reports for on-site and future building projects.
Assist in annual capital budget preparation and cost controls.
Interface with department heads to define scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Develop specifications and bid packages for construction and maintenance.
Act as liaison between NOEHA, agencies, designers, engineers, contractors, and occupants.
Ensure clear communication among all parties to maximize satisfaction and efficiency.
Track and assist in obtaining permits and occupancy approvals.
