You will coordinate with City departments, utilities, and school teams to maintain clear communication and progress. The role requires extensive PM expertise and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise internal and external project managers on district capital projects.
• Ensure projects align with Educational Design Standards and budgets.
• Coordinate with City of New Orleans, utilities, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees capital improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Reviews budgets, cost estimates, and schedule controls.
• Communicates project status to stakeholders.
• Reviews designs and ensures scope changes are approved.
