Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks a Project Development Manager to lead the Project Management team and drive the capital project portfolio from approval through turnover to Operations. You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and Sales to ensure project accountability and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes developing Project Managers, standardizing delivery processes, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic environment with airport stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction, engineering, or capital development projects.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops the Project Management team through performance management and mentoring.
• Oversees execution of the capital project portfolio from approval through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Monitors schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and milestones while driving accountability for project performance.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery across departments and airport partners.
• Drives workload balancing, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implements standardized PM methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Supports staffing, organizational planning, and long-term growth of the PM organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
