Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Properties Manager to develop and grow airport advertising programs, manage airport relationships, and oversee contractor teams responsible for signage and displays. This role will support program expansion across airports while maintaining standards and budgets.

Travel to airports as necessary, coordinate with operations and sales, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and installations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with Airport personnel to ensure successful relationships including travel to airports as necessary.
• Present to airports for approval of inventory and program designs to maximize revenue.
• Maintain revenue throughout airport construction projects, including management of inventory shifts.
• Set up and order all materials for airport advertising display programs on time and under budget.
• Hire and terminate independent contractor relationships.
• Manage subcontractors during installation of advertising displays.
• Maintain budgets for all capital expenditures, maintenance and repairs.
• Work with business operation managers and sales manager to develop advertiser locations for sales.
• Assist with Advertiser Client Services specialty coordination with local and national levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Field management – audit maps, specs, change outs, install and removal fees.
• Weekly report to Director of Operations on notable installs and field success.
• Budget management – travel, repair & maintenance and approving invoices.
• Independent Contractor compliance.
