Job summary

C.H. Guenther is seeking a Capital Projects Coordinator to provide administrative and financial support for Corporate Capital projects of varying size and complexity. You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance to track project data and ensure accurate documentation.

The role involves assisting with budgeting, ROI validation, and multi-year planning while supporting project reviews and ensuring proper asset tracking and depreciation setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or financial support roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering on capital project status, budgets, POs, and closeout activities.
• Track project expenditures, procurement activities, and cost performance; flag budget concerns.
• Prepare and submit journal entries and maintain financial documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain quarterly asset inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Initiate and track Capital Request workflows with proper routing and approvals.
