Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel; directs, trains, and inspects staff; ensures standards and contracts are followed.
• Manages Right-of-Way permit processes and CIP project scopes, bids, and provisions.
• Reviews invoices and financing, supports LAP reimbursements, and maintains project records.
• Conducts field investigations of drainage, pavement, and infrastructure conditions.
