Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Capital Projects function in Plano, TX. The role focuses on analyzing financial and operational data, improving reporting, and driving project performance across real estate initiatives.

You will own capital project reporting, work with Finance and Operations on AP issues, and help optimize Yardi workflows to improve data quality and efficiency. A Bachelor's degree and real estate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, operations or related field preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, capital projects, or property operations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with reporting, data analysis, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and performance analysis for capital projects.
• Maintain accuracy of capital project reporting, including commitments and variances.
• Support optimization of Yardi and Facili IQ workflows for improved data quality and execution.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely processing of accounts payable issues.
• Provide visibility into capital spend and project performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with AP, PSMs, and vendors as required.
