Job summary

JLL is seeking a Digital Analyst for the PDS Projects team in the United States. You will translate project strategies into BI requirements, working with the JLL Technologies group to implement reporting for capital planning and small capital projects.

The role emphasizes data fluency, communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and maintaining data governance within Azara and Ingenious Build ecosystems. Based in multiple US locations with onsite work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting or data analysis; capital projects or facilities management preferred.
• Familiarity with Ingenious Build, AdaptiveWork, Azara, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate business needs for BI teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience bridging business strategy and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements for capital projects and translate them into clear direction for the BI team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with BI and Technology teams, serving as the liaison between account/PM and technical teams.
• Bridge knowledge between construction/project management and BI teams by explaining terminology and workflows.
• Communicate and drive alignment on data capture for reporting tools.
• Track capital project data in Ingenious Build throughout planning and execution lifecycle.
• Review reports and dashboards for accuracy and coordinate issue resolution with the BI team.
• Analyze data to identify risks to the capital plan and elevate findings to PDS leadership.
• Gather reporting requirements with the client and communicate account strategy to the BI team.
• Promote quality monitoring and drive improvements of reporting tools and data governance.
• Maintain documentation of reporting requirements, data definitions, risks, and change history.
