Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Digital Analyst for the Amgen account team within JLL’s Project & Development Services. You will bridge business needs with BI/Tech teams, focusing on capital project reporting, budgets, schedules, and portfolio performance.

The role emphasizes data fluency, stakeholder communication, and translating industry context for accurate reporting in Azara and Ingenious Build. Hybrid or on-site work across multiple locations is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with capital projects, construction, or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements for capital project tracking and translate to BI deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, serving as liaison to BI/Tech teams.
• Bridge knowledge between construction practices and BI teams with clear terminology.
• Capture data necessary to utilize JLL's reporting and BI systems.
• Track capital project data in Ingenious Build across planning/execution.
• Review Azara reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the BI team.
• Analyze reports to identify risks to the capital plan and escalate findings.
• Gather requirements from the client and communicate priorities to the BI team.
• Promote quality monitoring and data governance improvements.
• Document reporting requirements, data definitions, and change history.
