Alliance Coal, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Accountant to join the Controller's Department. The role focuses on project and fixed asset accounting with hands-on work in Oracle Fusion PPM and serving as a backup to the Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets.

Responsibilities include setting up AFE capital projects, tracking budgets, and reconciling CWIP and other asset accounts. This on-site position requires strong organizational skills and teamwork to manage annual

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project, capital or fixed asset accounting role.
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain AFE capital projects and assign budget lines in Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Track AFE projects monthly and report on projects in deferred AFE status.
• Track capital expenditures compared to capital budgets and identify budget overruns on AFE projects.
• Assist Operations Business Managers with their capital questions, budget overages and substitutions.
• Process capital budget substitutions as needed.
• Record monthly capital accruals and reverse prior-month accrual entries.
