Job summary

System One is seeking a Property Accountant in Tulsa, OK to support the rollout of PowerPlan and ongoing fixed asset accounting. The role requires strong fixed asset experience and PowerPlan knowledge, preferably at a Super User level.

This hybrid onsite position offers engagement with cross-functional teams and close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include data migration, month-end close support, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with PowerPlan strongly preferred, ideally at Super User level.
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of PowerPlan, with target completion March/April.
• Serve as a resource during implementation, leveraging PowerPlan Super User experience.
• Manage fixed asset accounting activities and ensure data integrity in the system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition and ongoing system operations.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and fixed asset standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes including reconciliations and reporting.
• Provide audit support with documentation, reconciliations, and schedules for fixed assets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within fixed asset function.
