Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and budgeting for departmental operations, driving forecasting and planning.
• Supervise Accounting Technicians and ensure accurate routine financial tasks.
• Reconcile capital funding budgets and provide current financial status reports.
• Prepare and present clear budget and financial performance reports.
• Utilize PeopleSoft and Interscope to process transactions and ensure updates.
• Act as primary approver for departmental requisitions, vouchers, and financial actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and budget staff to share accurate financial data.
• Oversee project close-out activities and records retention for capital projects.
