Job summary

The Capital Procurement Manager (CPM) at GAF leads procurement efforts across Capital projects, partnering with Project Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. You will leverage procurement strategies, manage contract negotiations, and coordinate with EPC/engineering teams to ensure IP protection and favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of overall procurement experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience managing capital procurement and / or construction contracts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on experience in the use of ERP systems (Coupa, Maximo, SAP, or equivalent) and other analytical tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fit for purpose project procurement plans and strategies.
• Lead project-specific construction RFI/RFP sourcing events and conditioning activities.
• Structure and negotiate construction contracts aligned with project delivery models.
• Oversee vendor timelines, freight logistics, laydown space planning, and site delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and EPC firms to ensure IP, commercial terms, and best practices are adhered to during procurement.
