Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, energy investing, asset management, structured finance, or similar complex capital facilities.
• Experience monitoring or managing complex capital facilities, with preference for project finance debt during construction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high‑quality documentation.
• Ability to work with external lenders, equity partners, and advisors while coordinating across internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in technical environments.
• Ability to adopt latest technologies to improve workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing management of Fervo's private capital facilities across project and corporate levels, including project finance debt, project‑level equity, tax equity, and corporate debt facilities.
• Establish and maintain disciplined portfolio management practices, including tracking capital structures and governance documentation across the asset lifecycle.
• Manage project finance debt facilities during construction and operations, including draw requests, base mechanics, notices, and covenant reporting.
• Prepare materials for lender consents, waivers, and amendments, and support relationship management with lenders and agents post-close.
• Support post‑close governance for project‑level equity, tax equity, and JV partners across construction and operations.
• Assist treasury on liquidity forecasting, covenant compliance, and communications with lenders/investors.
• Coordinate cross‑functional governance and reporting across Legal, Engineering, Accounting, Development, Asset Management, Treasury, etc.
• Contribute to building and scaling the capital portfolio management platform and workflows.
