Fervo Energy Co. is seeking a Manager, Structured Finance to lead capital raises including project finance debt, equity, tax equity, and hybrid structures. The role partners with Finance, Development, Engineering and Legal to drive diligence, manage workstreams, and keep financings on track from term sheet to close.

You will lead a team of associates and analysts, coordinate with lenders, investors and advisors, and deliver rigorous financial analysis to support portfolio value creation.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years in project finance or energy/infrastructure investing.
• Strong ability to model capital stacks and perform financial analysis.
• Proven experience managing data rooms and diligence across multiple deals.

• Lead deal execution from term sheet to closing.
• Manage diligence, data rooms, and information requests.
• Support capital stack design and negotiations.
• Coordinate drafting of transaction documents with Legal.
• Deliver investment materials and status updates to leadership.
