Job summary

Teton is seeking a Capital Partnerships Associate to serve as the analytical and relationship backbone of its capital-partner efforts. You will turn data into clear, rigorous reporting that shows owners how their portfolios perform and help shape the Portfolio Intelligence product.

You will own recurring reporting, build relationships with partners, and grow into owning capital-partner relationships. No senior-housing background required, but fast learning and credibility with investors are

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a rigorous, analytical environment such as investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• You can translate data into clear, defensible narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with credibility in front of investment-type audiences.
• High agency and initiative; you seek ownership and do not wait to be told.
• Fast learner with curiosity; no prior senior housing or real estate background required.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring reporting and communications to capital partners, turning data into clear insight on portfolio performance.
• Become an expert user of Portfolio Intelligence and advocate for partner needs with product/engineering.
• Build and run the operating backbone for the capital-partner team: account tracking, cadence, and internal reporting.
• Support day-to-day relationships with capital partners and progressively own a subset of relationships.
• Use data to spot opportunities to expand Teton across partners' portfolios.
• Ramp quickly on housing and capital-markets concepts like NOI, occupancy, and asset value.
