Pathstone, a nationally recognized advisory firm, seeks a team-oriented professional to support client investment strategies within the Capital Markets Group. You will assist in client service and daily operations, contributing to a growing and diverse team in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, with opportunities to engage with custodians and investment professionals while supporting fund and account operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and client-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle time-sensitive issues and competing demands.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of investments including mutual funds, SMAs, and alternatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Client Advisory Teams in the communication and implementation of client investment strategies.
• Work within the Capital Markets Group and adhere to the firm’s processes and procedures.
• Act as information provider to custodians, accountants, banks, investment managers and other professionals supporting clients.
