Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Capital Markets Transactions Senior Manager to oversee IPO, SPAC, and related advisory engagements. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, provide technical accounting guidance, and lead planning, client relationships, and delivery of milestones.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and develop governance and reporting processes while staying current on GAAP/IFRS impacts for publicly listed clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing and supervising teams.
• Deep understanding of capital markets transactions (e.g., IPOs, SPACs).
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background.
• US GAAP knowledge.
• CPA/CFA/CRISC/PMP or related certification.
• Ability to commute daily within a commutable distance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery of milestones.
• Supervise, coach and mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare financial disclosures and SEC documents.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, and resources.
• Develop and maintain internal Deloitte relationships across practices.
• Stay current on capital markets developments.
