Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Capital Markets Transactions (CMT) - Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements. You'll collaborate with teams to address accounting and reporting issues while leveraging our advanced tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising teams.
• Deep understanding of capital markets transactions (IPO/SPACs).
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background.
• US GAAP knowledge; CPA/CFA/CRISC/PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of IPO, SPAC, and other CMT engagements.
• Lead multi-workstream efforts with project oversight and guidance.
• Support proposals, client relationships, and marketplace activities.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Ensure timely execution and high-quality delivery to clients.
